Failed Appointments

If you are unable to attend for your appointment, please either ring 02930 524140 as soon as possible, reply to your appointment text message or  to cancel your appointment via the NHS Wales APP or by replying to your appointment text message.  We can then reallocate your appointment to another patient.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel appointments within 1 hour of the appointment time. This will be recorded in your records as a failed appointment. 

PLEASE NOTE: Patients who fail to attend for their appointments and who have not cancelled the appointment will have this recorded in their medical record. Continued failure to attend appointments will result in you being removed from our practice list requiring you to register at another surgery.
