Telephone Appointments

Pre-booked telephone appointments slots for a callback are available with the doctor of choice up to six weeks in advance. Appointments can be made by telephoning the surgery on 02920 524140 any time between 08.00 and 18.30, Monday to Friday. These appointments are also available to book online via the NHS Wales APP, see our Online Services pages for details. You can also make a request for a Non-Urgent telephone appointment via email to Crwysadmin.w97041@wales.nhs.uk. A member of staff will book the next available slot and email you back the details.

The doctor will call you sometime during the day. A reminder will be sent to you with an appointment time but this time simply represents a call on that specific date and is not the time the doctor will call as they deal with telephone consultations during less busy times.

If the doctor is unable to contact you the first time they try, they will attempt one more time. If they have failed to make contact on two occasions then they will not try again and you will have to re-book you appointment. This will be recorded in your record as a failed appointment.

Please do not use these appointments to request forms or letters be completed. Call the Medical Centre and the staff will advise you what to do.
