Part of the primary care GP contract negotiated with the Welsh Government requires practices to make their patients aware of some practice work and the figures related to this work

Please be aware this does not cover the whole workload of a primary care practice and only gives patients an example of the work being experienced by the practice during the previous month.

The Welsh Government thought patients might be interested in this information and be able to compare this limited data on a  month by month basis or against another practice that may work entirely differently to our practice.
