UNIVERSITIES IN CARDIFF - STUDENT REGISTRATIONS

If you are a student at one of the Universities in Cardiff and would like to register with our practice, please click the link below, scan the QR code or come to the surgery. One of the staff will supply you with a registration form to complete and hand back. Your registration will be processed within a few days (at very busy times it can take up to seven days to complete your registration).
